This book I have been talking about for years now has not come to fruitation yet and I am here coming up with another gig.
I have not abandoned the book. The manuscript has been submitted and I am working on the cover! This is not like when celebs get book deals my friends. When you go POD you are responsible for EVERYTHING. Every grammatical error, every stray mark you need to catch. Before I release something that looks like I wrote it on construction paper in crayon, I had to pine over and over to make sure it was perfect.
Very soon my impatient lovelies, very soon! Just so you know - I have anguished over this greatly but I am going under a pseudonym. Yes! to protect the innocent I am going to be releasing my books under the moniker AMARYLIS MENDOZA.
I will be coming back with regular posts, now that I am coming to learn how to effectively balance life with my blog. I have several other projects coming up so stay tuned, and while I am turning on the light on this blog there is a lot more revamping to come.

I never really mention it but I have become a serious baker. Raising the cholesterol of my family members has become a past time of mine given that I bake cookies, cakes, cupcakes and sweet treats every single week, sometimes a couple of times in the same week. Everyone has been enjoying my sweet treats, and while still unemployed with a husband who supports me, I have decided to indulge in what I love. I love to bake. I love making people happy with sweetness and will be doing promotional baking for the next few months.
Embrace change. I am changing for the better and I hope to drag you all along with me. Wish me luck folks!
